Payments

Credit card:

After choosing credit card as your payment method, please click on «buy/purchase». You will then be redirected to a secure page where you can choose the type of credit card. Finally, you will need to enter the correct credit card details and confirm the payment. The money will be deducted from your credit card after ordering.

PayPal:

After the customer confirms the order, they will be redirected to the PayPal payment system. You must have a PayPal account. Log in to proceed with the payment. No commissions.

Bank transfer:

Payment can also be made by bank transfer directly sent to the company's bank. Even in this case, the customer's data will remain invisible and encrypted.

Shipping

When will I receive the purchased item?

Your order will be processed within 24/48 working hours. When your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email. The message will include the tracking number, the name of the company in charge of delivery and the link to its official website. To find out the estimated delivery date and the location of your package, click on the link and enter the tracking number in the respective field, in any case you have our "track your order" page at your disposal. NB: the tracking details of the packages are displayed on the website of the company in charge of delivery within 24 hours of shipment.

How can I collect the package at the office?

Returns and Refunds

Is it possible to make a return or a refund?

Yes, of course 500line provides free returns in case of defective or incorrect item. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service will review the return request and send further instructions if the return is approved. It is not possible to request a return for purely personal reasons after the package has already been shipped.

What kind of spare parts can I return?

You can return items that meet these requirements:

  • They have not been used
  • They have not been damaged or installed
  • They have the receipt
  • They have the original packaging intact
Once we have received the spare part from you, it will be carefully inspected. If the car part meets the above requirements, we will issue a refund or, if you prefer, you will receive another item in exchange.
